Complete the Google form and the online payment link below. Both steps must be completed. Former students/alumni are charged $2.25 per copy of their transcript.

CURRENT LHS STUDENTS
Seniors requesting transcripts should complete the linked Google form below using their wilsonk12tn account. Seniors must complete their application prior to requesting a transcript to be sent. Transcripts will be sent within 2 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your transcript to show within your application portal. Final transcripts do not require completing this form. Those requests will be made separately before graduation, and final transcripts are sent two weeks after graduation to ensure they are completely accurate.
